External delegate

Representing your school

  1. Complete the delegate registration form using the button below.

  2. Have your sponsor teacher's email address and phone number ready when filling out the form.

  3. Payment is processed through your school.

Participating on a personal basis

  1. Complete the delegate registration form using the button below. 
  2. Make your payment directly through Colegio San José's payment gateway.
  3. Send us your payment receipt via email:  cartera@colsanjose.edu.co y eventosacademicos@colsanjose.edu.co 

Important: your spot is only reserved once we confirm receipt of your payment.

Sponsor (accompanying teacher) 

Representing your school

  1. Complete the sponsor registration form using the button below.
  2. Let your students know they must each complete the external delegate form separately.
  3. Send us the number of delegates, your institution's RUT, and your billing email address so we can issue the electronic invoice and process the charge. To make the payment, you can access the payment gateway here.

Internal Delegate 

CSJB students

  1. Register through the exclusive link for CSJB students using the buttom below.
  2. Indicate your preferred payment method: tuition deduction, PSE payment gateaway, or in-person at the school treasury.
  3. Once payment is complete, send your receipt to: cartera@colsanjose.edu.co y auxcartera@colsanjose.edu.co
